[Feature Request] verify command for each app

It might be useful to have a command that verifies that an app was installed correctly? like looking at the deployments/CRDs and making sure they have started?

Plus we could then setup a load of tests in CI for each app that uses the verify command?

For this it would be useful to have something like a ArkadeApp-Interface with the common operations:

type ArkadeApp interface {
  Install()
  Verify()
  Delete()
}

this Interface should be used by all Operations from the cmd Package. You suggested something in #21 for a different reason. I think we should work on an Interface and some basic types like Helm2App and Helm3App.
