Entities naming #155

Hey @alengwenus,
something's wrong with entities naming if you delete and create over entity using previously used type.
It seems to be combination of device name and some old entity name. Shouldn't it attempt to use name provided and eventually postfix with number like '_2' if already taken? I believe that's usual HA behavior.
