Openapi and asyncapi parsers throw a null pointer when a none 0 patch version is used.

**Describe the bug**
this public [petstore spec](https://petstore3.swagger.io/api/v3/openapi.json) doesn't parse with `3.0.2` but work if changed to `3.0.0`
