Akka.NET v1.4.48 is a minor release that introduces some additional APIs to Akka.NET.

• Akka.Streams: ChannelSource<T> and ChannelSink<T> moved from Alpakka into main project - these stages are now part of the normal Akka.Streams.Dsl.
• Akka: make FutureActorRef<T> unsealed
