Overview

This PR upgrades the versions for h2 and http:

  • h2: 0.3.26 -> 0.4.5
  • http: 0.2.7 -> 1.1.0

+1 for this MR. It'd be great if this could be prioritized. There's currently an inconsistency in many applications where reqwest already uses http-1.1 and actix-web via actix-http still uses http-0.2. This makes interoperability between reqwest and actix-web somewhat of a hassle.
