We undefine these classes in the after {}
So in theory, they should not be a duplicate.
rspec often uses stub_const, but active record has issues with this since
they dig into the class.name and stuff

I got it close, but had to change from
physiciantoproviderable, and there is still one error.This follows up with the 334 conversation and is a shout out for help.
If someone has ideas, please share and I can modify this.
Or if you want to use this as a base and extend, that is good, too. (I'm not territorial)
