[artifact] replace unzipper with unzip-stream

Unfortunately the unzipper library we first chose has some issues with node > 18:

• Files extracted from zip are currupt ZJONSSON/node-unzipper#271
• Corrupted unzipped files when using Extract ZJONSSON/node-unzipper#286

So we're replacing with unzip-stream. In the future we may want to invest more changes into this, and keep track of a more maintained unzip library. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of great options that also stream the contents without writing the entire archive to disk:

• BUG: Incorrect binary files installed with Node.js 18.16.0 and later, Node.js 19.8.0 and later, and Node.js 20 go-task/go-npm#7 (comment)
