Provide deployed fullstack examples

Hey, this project looks promising but it seems to take a lot of effort to actually try it and also to see how it looks like.

Also the examples don't seem to have a docker setup (I'm not sure if this is working https://github.com/accounts-js/docker).

Would be great to have a few deployed fullstack examples (e.g. 1 for rest, 1 for gql).

By deployed do you mean deployed online? Or just to provide a docker-compose file ready for the examples?

I meant online, docker setup would also be useful
