[FEATURE REQUEST] octopi-notifier could use "shown when relevant" to show only when updates are avaliable

KDE's system tray have some configuration options for the tray icons, that beign "always shown", "never shown" and, more importantly, "shown when relevant".

Currently it's always shown on both "always shown" and "shown when relevant". My request would be for it to show only when updates are available when the option "shown when relevant" is selected, that way giving more possibilities for users.
