`optimism-package` kurtosis support

Now that the OP Stack has a kurtosis package that includes a full end to end system, it should be possible to add helios. This has multiple benefits:

• raises awareness that helios exists and can be used
• enables integration test coverage

This is a good idea. I've actually been thinking about using ethereum-package to write more integration tests for us, but we should also do it for optimism-package so we can test across the board.
