Per-Camera Options Missing #1147

Describe the bug
Not so much a bug but an apparent regression.
In older versions of zmN (v1.6), all camera recording configuration options were available for each camera:
- Modect
- Mocord
- record
- Nodect
- Monitor
- None
This was very handy if I need to change a camera configuration on-the-fly (ex: switching from Modect to Mocord if needed). On the newer versions of zmN, none of these options are available. Is this a purposeful change? If so, what is the reasoning behind it? If this is a configurable change/option, I can't seem to find any information regarding it in the documentation or configuration files for ZM or zmN.
