This commit transforms the existing Jekyll site into a foundation for the "Academie Cyber & Reseaux" website.
Changes include:
- Updated `_config.yml` with the new site title ("Academie Cyber & Reseaux") and slogan.
- Revised `README.md` to reflect the new website's purpose, removing irrelevant CTF and bug bounty content.
- Removed old content directories (`CTF/`, `bugbounty/`).
- Implemented basic styling in `style.css` and updated `_layouts/default.html` to use a simple header and container structure.
- Removed the commented-out logo reference in `_config.yml`.
This provides a clean starting point for adding academy-specific content and further branding.
