add body part update methods #728
Description
It seems that we need extra particles dynamics method for update body part to identify the particle scopes.
For example, for body part by particles, the present particle id can be modified by sorting.
Therefore, we need have the method updating the particle index in scope, immediately after the sorting.
Or the body part by cell, for example the bidirectional buffer, the relevant scope of cell may change due to the change the inlet or outlet position and orientation.
By the way, we may identify the difference on constructing a body part and updating it.
