Move dashboard to current repo

Liquid cache has a dashboard that is in a different repo: https://github.com/XiangpengHao/liquid-cache-admin.

As shown in #317, liquid cache change quite frequently and the dashboard is out of sync. It's better to move everything in that repo back to liquid cache main repo, and run ci tests to make sure core functionalities are still working.
