Description
Right now removals can be managed through the implicit agreement that any binding completing is a component removal in a live web app.
It might be nice to make an explicit bindRemoval in addition to the implicit behavior. This can override preventRemovalOnCompletion in the WiringContext and even in the implicit case if it just is redundant information it is still usefully redundant information because explicit is better than implicit.
