Fuzzer bug: infinite hang in V8 execution

I suspect an atomics.wait with very large timeout is slipping through and getting run on V8, since the binaryen interpreter prints a message about the threading host limit.

I suspect this was fixed by #6483, so going ahead and speculatively closing this. I'll reopen it if I notice the issue again.
