User constraints vs. context menu options

All fine and well limiting options like going full screen, but when you wish to restrict the ability to download a media file then you also need to convince producers of browsers to modify context menus accordingly as there is absolutely no point in restricting media downloads via the proposed attribute when the example showing this action still allows the download via context menu and "Save video as..."
