Make NyQL script engine which JSR-223 compliant

When NyQL is integrated into other standard applications, some expect it to use scripting languages which are jsr-223 compliant.

Create a nyql script engine which is jsr-223 compliant, so that other java applications can use it in java embedded scripting standard.
