AML is C++ code built using a set of libraries. Libraries are in two repositories:

• https://github.com/openalea/StructureAnalysis/
• https://github.com/VirtualPlants/AML

The order of the dependencies is :

1. tool : STL/Roguewaave and file system and basic datastructure
2. amlobj : object system of the AML language
3. stat_tool
4. sequence_analysis
5. aml
