Trouble configuring StoreFront

Hi. I am having problems in StoreFront Deplyment. I do not know if I have to set de resources in a specific order or dependency. 
I want to configure a Storefront deployment (i installed all the packages). I can't create a deploy that authenticate against active directory. Can you give me some examples of a configuration and it's order to do that?
