FR: Custom UID format

Is it possible to add the option for a custom UID format, i.e. for me, I would prefer having some timestamp info in the url, for example

YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS-RRRR-RRRRRR

R would be a random char in the 0-F range.

The timestamp provides some context information about the note, which I would find useful...

Personally, I don't think it's a very good idea to rely on the link itself to contain any info about the file metadata or content. The file ID should and should only be responsible for uniquely identifying a file in the vault.

Allowing "custom ID" may also lead to ID collision when extension generating a new ID for a file.
