Append to block-id?

Apologies if this exists and I'm just not getting it...

In the documentation it mentions appending to a header, and that works fine.
However, I would like to append to the end of a block ID if possible.

When I try:
obsidian://advanced-uri?vault=Theme&filepath=Test&block=7cshd7&data=Hello&mode=append

Maybe I'm just being an idiot but can you clarify the method to accomplish this?

Not sure if this is feasible, since there could be lots of possible case when using block as locator, it could ref to a ordered/unordered list, a quote, or just a paragraph, IMO it will be quite difficult to determine where is the right place to append/prepend the new content. Also the right place to append could vary in different cases, sometimes user may want to append to the list that a block points to, and in other case some users may just want to put the content after the list section etc.
