More consistent design, fixed a bug with the users page

Hello,

I have replicated what I previously did on the old website, along with fixing the pinging issue on the user's page.

Changes:

• Made the website more consistent in design
• Changed the design of the Community page
• Changed the navigation button locations so download and documentation is at the end of the nav bar
• Added the users page to the footer
• Fixed the issue of pinging a server to get the player count not working consistently

Removed the Jumbotron from the Users and Download page, adjusted the Jumbotron to be darker on the community page to fit the design of that page more
