Purpose of this PR
Jira Ticket: WBTR-1290
Since it is now compatible for repositories in github.com, this PR updates the code coverage jobs to use Unity's CodeCov reporting. This includes updating and regenerating Wrench jobs with version
0.12.2in order to enable CodeCov and exclude tests in the report.See CodeCov dashboard
