Description Of Changes
Fixes the equivalent potential temperature issue noted in #1364 with masked arrays by not reconstructing quantity with multiplication (instead, reconstructing directly).
Also contains some minor tweaks to make sure flake8 passed.
Tagging this for 1.0 (and basing on master branch), but should probably get cherry-picked for 0.12.2 as well?
