maps 3-4-5

We still need to settle on final visualizations for each. Are we sticking with viridis or blue?

The graticule needs to be thinner on all three

• - zoom 1 needs a DEM and alpha
  - - (the dataset arrived as a hillshade)

• - zoom 2 needs water and better formatted populated places

• - zoom 3 needs water, or maybe we should use topo_batho

Once we get there, output the individual maps 3 4 and 5 to view on the readme.
