Find a new home for the data

Google Drive isn't a great home for the source data (b/c depends on agreement with Google, no version control, no persistent identifiers, etc). It would be better to put this data in Zenodo. I'm happy to take a look at Zenodo packages for R.

As of 2/18/2025 we are zipping up the source_data directory and putting that on google drive. Later on we will package it up in OCDF
