This one needs to be trimmed just to a closer extent.

Let's try the extent of the bike paths. There's comments current at line 50 to crop the rasters.

Once we get the rasters set up, the ggplot currently at line 93 should start to work.

Then, the next question is whether or not we need to crop the other vectors layers to our new, closer in, extent?

I updated map6.r to clean the code, including deleting duplicated code, and trim the extents to batho-topo, as the comments in the file mentioned that the bikelanes extent was too close.
I also added the result of map 6 to the readme, so we can see how it looks now and what we want to modify it.

Now my question @jonjab is: What is the difference between map 6 and map 1? The readme mentions that it should be a "stripped down" version of map 1 to match the look of 3-4-5, but what does it mean? That map 6 should only be a DEM?
