fix: Add Mantine dependency to individual examples

Summary

This PR adds Mantine as a dependency to each individual example, alongside the playground.

Rationale

While the playground already uses Mantine and includes the dependency, running examples on their own or in StackBlitz does not.

Changes

Updated the example template for package.json and re-generated example files.

Testing

Not really applicable, since tests are run in the playground environment.
