docs(fix): include local search

This PR includes:

• local search entries for english, spanish and german (german should be reviewed: translated using google)
• bump to VP rc.44
• include some new dependencies in optimizedDeps
• removed root VP config file
• fix types in VP theme module
• included missing spanish translations for directives: this should be reviewed, translated using google
