Problem Description

The goal of this issue is to upgrade the libraries used on the frontend of Cortex, including an attempt to move to AngularJS 1.7

• Upgrade AngularJS to 1.7 (the LTS version)
• Upgrade the maximum number of component libraries
• Fix the npm audit vulnerabilities
• Check regressions
