Update Timing Report to invoke `gui::timing_report [find_timing_paths ...]`

Description

I can't figure out how to get this GUI to work, but I do know how to use find_timing_paths and report_checks to find paths.

Suggested Solution

Add support for and issue gui::timing_report [find_timing_paths ...] statements whenever the Timing Report is updated. This clues the user in to what exactly is going on and how they can articulate their own list of paths.

Example use case:

gui::timing_report [find_timing_paths -through [get_cells *bitCount*]]
