Seekbar - Graphics stuttering and sound gone issue

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Play any video.
2. Watch for a moment or move seekbar forward.

Actual behavior

After watching for a around a minute, the video will start stuttering.
Moreover, if the seekbar move forward, the sound will be gone and the video will start more stuttering.

Expected behavior

The video should keep playing smoothly with sound.

Notes

Please inform that the issue will be resolved incase of disabling media tunneling as i tested myself with debug version 0.21.13 and the issue fixed.

Kindly disable media tunneling on "PHILIPS QM163E" device on the next stable build in order to solve the issue.

Could you please collect logcat from the TV while having that debug option on?
Watch for the line ""media tunneling disabled in debug preferences".
The content of that line is required to disable media tunneling specifically for your device.

I can use third party app or adb if you tell me the script

Would you please tell what media tunneling for and if disabling it effect the user experience in any way? Is it for enhancing 4K videos or something like that?

Weirdly, almost the same issue happened for both of my TVs. Hi Life TV before and Philips TV now!

media tunneling is delegating audio and video synchronization to the soc when it advertises that it supports it. On some socs however it doesn't work however.

So generally with this feature disabled the cpu load might be a bit higher on your soc. Nothing to worry about especially as you are not on a battery.
