Resume Playback is not working

Hi,

since version 0.21.11 videos that are stopped and at a later time resumed, start from the beginning and not the time stamp visible under the videos thumbnail.

In "Video and Audio" "Resume playing" is checked on, so is "Resume playback" in "History and Cache".

Newpipe version 0.21.12
Stock Android 9 (rooted, root hidden)
Xiaomi Mi A1

and

Newpipe version 0.21.12
Stock Android 6 (rooted)
Galaxy S5

If I overlooked something or you need more information please let me know, otherwise a fix would be appreciated.

Can confirm, issue seems universal.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Play any video for a few minutes or jump in the middle.
2. Stop playback.
3. Close NewPipe
4. Open NewPipe and go to the history tab.
5. Play the same video as in 1.

Actual behavior

Playback resumes from the beginning of the video.

Expected behavior

Playback should resume where video was stopped.

• Android version/Custom ROM version: Android 10, LineageOS 17.1
• Device model: OnePlus 3T (A3003)
