Tab layout appears when scrolling in the video detail fragment interface

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to settings.
2. Press on content.
3. Scroll down and check only one of the three options given when viewing a video (reference screenshot below).
4. Select any YouTube video.
5. Scroll down in the comment, similar videos or description tab (see step three).

Expected behavior

The tab layout does not appear.

Actual behavior

When you scroll down in a tab of a video, the tab layout appears at the bottom.

Additional information

This happens with any chosen theme. Also happens when you only check either Show 'Next' and 'Similar' videos or Show description.

This bug was introduced in release 0.20.10 by #4534
