Video thumbnails on lock screen disable missing - Regression #4747

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Go to Settings > Video & Audio > Player
- Enable Lock Screen Video thumbnail option missing
Actual behaviour
The menu option was available priorly in 0.19.x and 0.18.x Releases to stop showing thumbnails on lock screen

Edit; Nevermind, found the issue already open #4642 and #4489 closing this bug
