Tap anywhere on playlist description instead of just "Show more" #11093

Feature description
Instead of having to tap just the "Show more" text in order to expand a playlist description, tapping anywhere on it should expand/contract it.
Why do you want this feature?
Tapping anywhere seems more intuitive. Also, for some people/screens, tapping on just the small text in the corner might be difficult.
