Tauri, and libLodestone

If we can get Tauri working in-browser with WASM, we would be able to have libLodestone (which looks like it'll be made in Rust) directly integrated into the App.

This issue will be referenced as related implementation happens.

This issue will probably be edited and expanded as I needed a rough draft for this atm.
