feat(PNG): Extract metadata from images

Various metadata chunks should be extractable from an image file:

• tIME chunks
  • Should support a variable output
• iTXt chunks
• tEXt chunks
• zTXt chunks

Variable output for tIME chunks is not a priority at this time, and will be tackled at a later point
