[Request] (Guides): add blurb RE umask/perms/ownership

Before I archive this thread, is there someone on the TRaSH Guide where it speaks about setting UMASK? I took a quick look at the Docker and Hardlinking guides again just now and couldn't see it, yet Bakerboy you spoke of it as expected knowledge. Did I miss something?

@bakerboy448 - what sort of blurb on those three items do you think we should add, and which would be the best place or page for it?

Probably needs a permission and umask section and blurb at the top of each hardlink guide since we primarily focus on paths and mounts not UMASK,PUID,PGID like the Docker Guide
