使用local模式就会自动生成logdir文件了

未来最完美的方式🤔：

  1. mode="cloud"时，支持保存一个swanruns文件夹，支持通过swanlab sync上传到云端，sdk中也有一些工具支持解析swanruns中的文件
  2. mode=local时，支持同时保存swanlog和swanruns文件夹，swanlog文件夹支持用swanlab watch打开离线看板查看（当然，也许未来随着Dashboard的迭代，会有统一的一天🚬）
