This pull request is to create docs for new dashboard creation on child orgs level (MSSP).

MSSP support for Dashboard

@JV0812, it's confusing to have a separate article "Create a Dashboard for Child Orgs (MSSPs)" that duplicates information from the "Create a Dashboard" article. Why don't you add the MSSP information to the "Create a Dashboard" article?
