This pull request is to update the keywords in 10 Azure app docs.

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

@JV0812 and @kimsauce, do we need to update the existing front matter keyword sections in all our articles so they follow this pattern:

keywords: [keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3]

instead of this pattern?

keywords:
- keyword 1
- keyword 2
- keyword 3

@jpipkin1 Thanks for keeping an eye on these. I am good with updating it, specially in our release notes. But still, I would suggest @kimsauce to take a call on this.

@jpipkin1 , great catch! The Docusaurus link I provided was incorrect. That was frontmatter formatting for one-off pages (/src/pages/); the frontmatter formatting for /docs/ (which we use globally) is here.

@JV0812 , would you pls correct to follow the regular formatting?
