I removed the part about whether personal data is sent anywhere because if the user copies personal data into the notepad and syncs their settings, that personal data gets sent somewhere (to their other devices that also sync, and probably to some central server that enables the browser settings sync feature). This does not change the fact that Stardown does not collect personal data and does not send any data to any third parties.
