The systhemer global configuration files can cover every aspect of theming your system. For now, systhemer only has support for colour theming but this can easily be expanded to other domains.

For configuration, this page offers an exhaustive list of currently supported configuration keywords which may be inserted into the ini file. All of these are specified in the the example.ini file provided with the software.
