Adds restore settings on resume.

Device will init with LED's in "off" state. This ensures the value read from the brightness and multi_intensity are accurate at init.

Moves led_mode from sys/class/leds/multicolor:chassis/device/led_mode to /sys/class/leds/multicolor:chassis/led_mode
