[Bug] Special characters not escaped on noob fallback mode #54

Expected Behavior
Referencing #48
Special characters are now escaped in non-noob searches, but fallback noob searches do not properly escape the special characters.
Steps to Reproduce
- Search "C++" on noob endpoint
- Redirects to Google search for "C "
