I try running using Sundials, however, it does not happen, this is the error, but I am unsure what it means:

I tried ]build Sundials and that didn't help. I tried to create an entirely clean directory with nothing more, and then it worked. Here is the full Project.toml file:

This just means the binary failed to download. You must've lost internet or something. Just remove /rebuild and try again.
