The project wiki is currently empty, would it make sense to add a wiki with all the information about the repo?

Add a wiki for this project. It would make sense to include various things:

• Stack utilized.
• How to contribute.
• How to property set up the coding environment.
• How to open a PR.
• Explain which practices we utilize, for example: Semantic commits, Vue style guide.
