This PR addresses #52 and keeps track of reward port bias. It also biases reward port selection on each trial according to the poke bias. This is complicated a little by that fact that different sequences can have either 1 or 2 potential reward ports, in the case where only 1 port is defined we have to force the choice to be that port in
SampleRewardCondition.
